The next Lotus Cooking Class has been moved to Monday evening, March 5, 2012 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
This is due to some ongoing construction for improvements to Lotus Chaat.
We will be teaching the class how to cook INDIAN COMFORT FOOD:
- Vegetable Samosa
- Channa Masala
- Vegetable Pakora (Cauliflower Spinach and potato)
