Surinder (Pal) Sroa, who owns Lotus with his wife Linda, is generous, warm, and welcoming, and has always lived by the principle of giving back to his community. Pal and his staff have been actively helping to end hunger in Marin County with their free Thanksgiving Dinners and donations to soup kitchens and food banks. Now Lotus restaurant is also providing the Marin County nonprofit ExtraFood with food through their Planned Giving program which delivers food to those who are less fortunate. This means that every other week, Lotus chefs cook some extra meals for the most vulnerable Marin County seniors. And the recipients love Lotus!
