Lotus Cuisine of India Moving Plans
Matthew Pera of Marin IJ interviewed Lotus Family of Restaurant’s owner, Surinder Sroa and together they visited the new location for Lotus – formerly the location for Pizza Orgasmica. Lotus Cuisine of India plans to move out in its longtime location on Fourth Street in 2020. The new bigger place is only a block away from its current location.
Surinder hopes to open Lotus at the new location in the Spring of 2020. The new building is four times the current size of the current Lotus Cuisine of India. Surinder also plans to open an Indian Grocery Store at the back of the restaurant.
