Our Family of Indian Restaurants has been supporting the Bioneers organization for many years. We also offer Bioneers attendees discounts when they dine at Lotus.
In May 2022 Lotus provided meals for hundreds of youth volunteers and attendees as well as conference staff at the 33rd annual Bioneers Conference in San Francisco.
This year’s conference was one of the most inspiring gatherings, especially after two years of not being able to gather in person.
Here are a few highlights from this year’s gathering:
- An incredible lineup of world-class speakers, including Frans De Waal, Angela Glover Blackwell, Zainab Salbi, and Clayton Thomas-Muller, as well as an incredible group of exhibitors, artists, and performers.
- The Youth Leadership Program had 88 youth scholars from 13 different schools and organizations. Bioneers also provided 87 Native scholarships, representing 24 different youth organizations and schools from across the United States. 60 of those scholarships went to Native Youth and 28 to chaperones and elders representing more than 31 different Indigenous tribes from across Turtle Island.
Lotus Cuisine of India invites all our friends to come to the next 34th annual Bioneers conference in 2023.
