Being Sustainable is Good for Business and Community

Surinder Sroa, owner of the Lotus Family of Restaurants was recently invited to share his experience as a Green Business owner at the Board of Supervisors’ Meeting on April 17, 2018. Green Business of the Year award winner Surinder Sroa talked about how lessons learned and how Lotus wants to set an example for the community as a Bay Area Green Business.

Lotus Family of Restaurants serve organic dishes with local ingredients, Surinder also mentioned Tiffin lunchboxes, which he started using at Lotus SF in The Mission and is introducing to all his Lotus restaurants. When you visit Lotus and bring your own container (such as a Tiffin lunchbox), you can get a discount.
